With over 25 years of experience across various industries—including security, emergency services, education, and healthcare—our Lead Trainer and Director, Richard Declercq Gow, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every course we deliver. Richard’s background as a former Metropolitan Police Officer, combined with his extensive roles in the emergency services and security sectors, ensures our courses are rooted in real-world experience and professionalism.

From First Aid and Pre-Hospital Care to Fire Safety and Security Industry Authority (SIA) qualifications, we offer a wide range of accredited courses tailored to meet your needs. We also deliver specialised programmes such as our engaging Mini Medics course, designed for children aged 5-14, and our prisoner rehabilitation programme, focused on helping former offenders reintegrate into society by providing them with valuable skills and qualifications.
