Young Responders: Empowering Young Heroes with Lifesaving Skills

Our Young Responders course is an exciting and interactive program designed to introduce children aged 5 to 14 to the world of first aid and emergency response. Through fun, hands-on activities, and age-appropriate training, young learners gain essential lifesaving skills, such as CPR, wound care, and how to act in an emergency. With the help of our life-size characters, including Dr. Kong and Medic Max, we create a memorable and engaging experience that inspires confidence and responsibility.

The Mini Medics Tour: Lifesaving Skills for the Next Generation

The Mini Medics Cycle Tour is an ambitious nationwide initiative to provide free first aid training to children across the UK, ensuring young people are equipped with the confidence and skills to save lives. Our cycling journey will take us from John O’ Groats to Land’s End, delivering the Mini Medics course to 90 schools along the route. This tour is about empowering the next generation with essential life skills, teaching them CPR, how to use a defibrillator, and what to do in an emergency.

We believe that every child, no matter their background, should have access to this vital education. Through sponsorships and community support, we aim to make first aid knowledge accessible, engaging, and fun. Schools along the route have already expressed enthusiasm, offering to collaborate and amplify our message through local media and social platforms.

With the backing of Redcar and Cleveland Council Lottery, this initiative will not only teach young people how to respond in a crisis but will also raise awareness of the importance of defibrillators in schools and public spaces. The Mini Medics Tour is about creating a movement for change—inspiring a generation of young heroes who can step up when it matters most.

Join us on this journey, support the mission, and help us make lifesaving education a reality for all!
