One Revolution Initiative CIC is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to saving lives, empowering communities, and transforming futures through emergency preparedness, first aid training, and youth development. Our work is focused on ensuring that individuals, schools, and communities have access to critical life-saving resources and education, equipping them with the skills to respond effectively in emergencies.

Our Top Priority: Free Bleed Kits & Life-Saving Training
Our primary focus is on distributing free Bleed Kits across the UK, making sure that schools, businesses, and public spaces have the essential tools to respond to life-threatening situations. These kits play a critical role in stopping severe bleeding, significantly improving survival rates before emergency services arrive.
But having the right equipment is only part of the solution. That’s why we also provide hands-on training to teach individuals how to use Bleed Kits effectively—giving them the confidence and knowledge to act when every second counts. By making these resources accessible and ensuring people know how to use them, we are actively saving lives and strengthening our communities.
Empowering Young People Through Sport, Education & Career Pathways

Alongside our life-saving work, we remain deeply committed to supporting disadvantaged young people by creating opportunities that help them develop essential life skills, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging.
Sport & Outdoor Education – We encourage physical activity, teamwork, and personal growth through initiatives like responsible cycling, where young people learn bike safety, maintenance, road awareness, and environmental responsibility. We also offer sports activities and nature-based camping trips, fostering resilience, leadership, and teamwork in an engaging and supportive environment.

Pathways to Employment – We partner with Lee Valley and other organizations to ensure all our activities meet the highest health and safety standards. Our educational programs are designed not only to teach life-saving skills but also to provide pathways to employment, equipping young people with recognized qualifications and practical experience that improve their career prospects.

By combining Bleed Kit distribution, First Aid training, sports development, and employment pathways, we are building safer, stronger, and more resilient communities across the UK.

Collaboration with First Contact UK Training Services Ltd:
Our collaboration with First Contact UK Training Services Ltd enables us to offer a broad range of fully funded, accredited training courses, providing valuable certifications and skills for disadvantaged young people.
Training Courses Include:
Mini Medics: A fun and engaging introduction to first aid for children from ages 5 -14, teaching basic life-saving skills in a way that is easy to understand.

First Aid Courses: Comprehensive training in first aid for all ages, including emergency first aid, paediatric first aid, and workplace first aid.
​
Pre-Hospital Care FREC3: Advanced first aid and emergency response training for those interested in healthcare or emergency services.

Fire Safety and Fire Marshal Training: Providing essential knowledge in fire prevention, emergency procedures, and fire safety regulations.
Mental Health First Aid: Raising awareness and teaching young people how to manage mental health challenges and support others.

Evacuation Chair Training: Equipping participants with the knowledge to safely evacuate individuals with mobility issues during an emergency.
​
Security Industry Authority (SIA) Qualifications: Training for those interested in careers in security, including Door Supervisor, Close Protection, and First Person on Scene (FPOS) qualifications.
Fully Funded Opportunities:
All program's are offered free of charge to ensure financial barriers do not prevent participation. Through these initiatives, we aim to empower young people with the skills, confidence, and qualifications needed to pursue further education or employment opportunities.
